Brown Sugar Ham Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Olive oil or butter for grill plates

If you are grilling more than 2 steaks, double the above ingredients.
Directions:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter in medium-low heat.
- Stir in brown sugar until it reaches a syrupy texture. Turn off heat.
